I am a darcs user, and I have made
`mockups <http://progg.free.fr/doc/patch.html>`_ to explain why
darcs is simpler than the other distributed version control systems
(Git, Mercurial, Bazaar):

Warning, these were made with a sheet of paper, a pen and a
photocopier. If I have time, I will learn to use
`Synfig <http://synfig.org/Main_Page>`_ and remake these
animations.

I have just seen that the Camp people have made
`a really nice video <http://projects.haskell.org/camp/unique>`_
that basically has the same purpose as my mockups:
